**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned Physics lectures for I & II PUC students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment materials as per syllabus requirements.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and provide feedback to students.
- Guide students in practical sessions and ensure lab safety protocols.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and student performance data.
- Encourage participation in academic competitions, science exhibitions, and seminars.
- Provide academic mentoring and support to students who require additional assistance.
- Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and institutional events.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: M.Sc. in Physics (mandatory); B.Ed preferred.
- **Language Proficiency**: Ability to teach in **English and Kannada**.

**Salary**:
As per institutional norms and based on qualification & experience.
