Position: Physics Lecturer

The position starts as part-time with the potential to transition to a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and informative Physics Lecturer sessions for students online.

Record all teaching sessions to provide students with the ability to review the material.

Develop and implement lesson plans and materials tailored to students' needs and curriculum standards.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.

Stay updated with the latest educational trends and techniques in Physics Lecturer.

Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.

Participate in periodic training sessions to improve teaching skills and methodologies.

Mandatory Points:
Recording Sessions: All teaching sessions must be recorded to ensure students can access and review the lessons.

Transition to Full-Time: Be prepared to transition from a part-time to a full-time role in the future as required by the company.

Work Schedule: The working days are Monday to Saturday, with Sundays as the week off.

Notice Period: A notice period of 45 days is mandatory for any resignation or termination of the contract.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in MSC, Physics or a related field.

Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Physics Lecturer, preferably in an online setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to motivate and engage students in a virtual learning environment.

Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.

**Salary**:
₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BTM Layout 1, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
