**Job Title**: Physics Faculty - Telugu Medium
**Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Nearest PW Studio)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Language Requirement**: Proficient in Spoken and Written Telugu

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality Physics lectures in **Telugu** for Foundation-level students (Grades 6-10).
- Develop engaging and accurate content aligned with the academic curriculum.
- Record video sessions at the studio, ensuring clarity and concept delivery.
- Prepare assessments, quizzes, and supporting study materials.
- Address student queries and provide academic support as needed.
- Collaborate with content and academic teams for continuous improvement.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or related field.
- Prior teaching experience (offline or online) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in **Telugu**.
- Ability to simplify complex Physics concepts for foundational learners.
- Comfortable working in a studio environment and with digital tools.

**Selection Process**:

- **Digital Demo Lecture** (25-30 minutes) in Telugu via demo board link
- **Subjective Round** with Faculty Panel
- **Manager’s Interview**:
