We are looking for a skilled and experienced EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Operator to join our manufacturing team. The EDM Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating EDM machines to produce precision parts, molds, and dies.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup**: Set up and calibrate EDM machines, including loading materials and electrodes, and programming for specific tasks.
- **Quality Checks**: Conduct quality checks using measurement tools to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot issues during machine operation, making adjustments or stopping production when necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production, including adjustments made, electrode changes, and production quantities.
- **Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following machine safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an EDM Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of EDM machine setup, operation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to EDM machining.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
