We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients, introduce our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up an appointment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a provided list or database.
- Introduce company products or services to prospects and provide information about features and benefits.
- Engage in active listening to understand the needs and requirements of prospects and offer suitable solutions.
- Answer questions and address concerns raised by prospects regarding the products or services.
- Persuade prospects to make a purchase, schedule an appointment, or take any desired action.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for improving sales performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and establish a positive relationship over the phone.
- Persuasive and confident with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets within tight deadlines.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
