Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls promote products services generate leads and maintain strong customer relationships The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to achieve sales or service targets Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products services Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information Maintain and update customer database with current details Follow company communication scripts and guidelines effectively Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Achieve daily weekly and monthly call target goals Record customer feedback complaints and escalate when necessary Stay updated with company products offers and policies Ensure professional courteous and customer-focused communication at all times Requirements Minimum qualification Graduate Proven experience as a Tele caller Customer Service Representative or similar role preferred Excellent verbal communication skills in English Regional language as per need Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM or call center software Strong listening and problem-solving skills Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive and confident approach Strong organizational and multitasking ability Target-oriented with good time management Positive attitude and teamwork spirit Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
