As we expand, we are looking for an experienced **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to drive the technology vision and lead our tech department.

**Role Overview**

The **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategies, managing our tech team, and ensuring that our technical infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products, services, and training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy to support business goals
- Oversee the development and implementation of software, platforms, and digital services
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of our digital infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, content) to align technology initiatives with business needs
- Stay updated on the latest tech trends and emerging technologies
- Manage the budget for the tech department and ensure cost-effective resource allocation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in a senior tech leadership role, preferably in startups or mid-sized companies
- Strong experience with software development, web technologies, and IT infrastructure
- Expertise in cloud computing, database management, and security best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in team building, project management, and aligning tech solutions with business strategies
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Previous experience in digital marketing, creative technology, or design-related fields is a plus
