Job Title: Finance Junior - Accounts Receivable (AR) Process(Position-1)

Experience Level: 6 months to 1 year

Accounts Receivable (AR) Process(Position-2)

Exp - 3.5yr to 4 yr

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Billing and Invoicing**:

- Generate and distribute invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
- Verify invoice details to ensure compliance with company policies and customer agreements.

2. **Payment Posting**:

- Record and post payments received from customers to the accounting system.
- Reconcile payments with outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.

3. **Customer Communication**:

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account statements.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate payment collection.

4. **Collections**:

- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Implement collection strategies to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.

5. **Account Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile AR accounts to ensure they align with financial records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or discrepancies in customer accounts.

6. **Reporting**:

- Prepare AR aging reports and other financial reports as required by the management.
- Provide insights on AR performance and trends to assist in decision-making.

7. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the AR function.

8. **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- 6 months to 4 year of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹134,175.11 - ₹400,000.00 per year
