**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and other formats.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices for digital marketing campaigns.
- Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, identifying and recommending new strategies and tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize campaign performance and user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven track record of 5 years in digital marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and tailor messages to different target audiences.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and the ability to develop visually appealing and impactful digital assets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and emerging digital trends.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Work Location - Mira Road**

**Salary - Upto 3.60 LPA**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
