We are seeking a results-oriented and creative **Digital Marketing Executive** with a proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Conduct competitive research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Prepare regular performance reports to showcase campaign effectiveness and ROI.

**Qualifications**
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
