Responsibilities:
Design, development and implementation of moderately complex wet-lab

experiments resulting in high quality, biological products for Biotech,

Biopharma and Bioeconomy industry.

This includes but not limited to:

- Analyze and understand the functional/non-functional requirements of

the project, all the stake holders and clients (if any).
- Understand the high-level design and ability to translate to low level

design and implementation.

**Requirements**:
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience : Post MSc 7-10 years

Fields of Expertise Needed: Microbiology, Molecular-biology, Bioinformatics.

Must Have:
CRISPR based Genetic Engineering of Plants, Microalgae, E.Coli, Yeast

etc. for Strain Engineering.

Sample preparation for Genome Sequencing, Transcriptome Sequencing.

Ability to perform Florescence Microscopy based experiments.

Design and perform reporter assays.

Plant / Mammalian cell culturing

Good to have:
Ability to analyze and interpret RNA-Seq, Transcriptomics, Proteomics

data.

Ability to understand and analyze Metabolic Models, Gene Regulatory

Networks for Gene Target Finding.

Fermentation process understanding.

Education:
MSc/ MTech in Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Computational

biology, Systems Biology, Bioinformatics, Biophysics, Biotechnology.

MSc/ MTech in other fields of biology like Biochemistry, Industrial

Microbiology, Industrial Biotechnology, Biostatistics, Genetics, Human

Genetics, Physiology, Human Physiology will be considered if with relevant

experience)
