As a **Volunteer Coordinator**, you will play a vital role in fostering and managing our volunteer base, amplifying our mission to create awareness and recruit donors. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Volunteer Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard volunteers for various DATRI initiatives.
- Conduct orientation sessions to educate volunteers about DATRI’s mission, values, and processes.
- **Volunteer Engagement & Management**:

- Coordinate and assign tasks to volunteers during awareness drives, registration camps, and other events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Foster a positive and engaging environment to retain and motivate volunteers.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the Marcom team to organize campaigns, donor drives, and community outreach programs.
- Ensure adequate volunteer support and resources for successful execution of events.
- **Training & Development**:

- Conduct periodic training sessions to enhance volunteer effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to volunteers and recognize their contributions through appreciation programs.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of volunteer activities, hours and NDA’s.
- Prepare reports on volunteer engagement and event participation metrics.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 1+ years of experience in volunteer coordination, event management, or a similar role (preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for social causes and a commitment to DATRI’s mission.
- Proficiency in data management and knowledge of CRM tools for managing volunteer data effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
