**Job Title: Offline Marketing Executive**
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic **Offline Marketing Executive** to lead and execute on-ground marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, implement, and monitor offline marketing campaigns to support brand objectives.
- Organize and manage exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, and promotional events.
- Manage outdoor advertising activities (hoardings, signages, billboards, kiosks).
- Build partnerships with vendors, agencies, and community stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Conduct market visits to identify branding opportunities and assess campaign impact.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and brand activation initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in offline marketing, events, or brand promotions (real estate/hospitality preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
