Telecaller/telesales Executive

**Job Purpose**:
To act as the first point of contact for clients/patients by handling inquiries, providing information about naturopathy services, and assisting in appointment booking, follow-ups, and client engagement to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound & Outbound Calls**:
- Handle incoming calls from clients seeking information about naturopathy treatments, residential programs, diet, yoga, and wellness services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, confirm bookings, remind patients of appointments, and promote upcoming wellness camps.
- **Client Guidance & Counselling (Basic Level)**:
- Provide accurate information about available naturopathy therapies, facilities, and residential programs.
- Explain lifestyle benefits of naturopathy and encourage clients to participate in wellness programs.
- Address basic queries with patience and empathy.
- **Lead Management & Conversion**:
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups in Excel sheets.
- Support the marketing team in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Update client database with relevant details for future communication.
- **Coordination**:
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front office staff to schedule consultations and therapy appointments.
- Communicate client requirements to respective departments.
- **Customer Service**:
- Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned authority.
- Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude to build trust and satisfaction.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th Pass with good communication skills.
- Prior experience as a telecaller/customer care executive (healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred).
- Fluent in Hindi & English (knowledge of local languages will be an advantage).
- Good listening, convincing, and soft skills.
- Basic knowledge of naturopathy, yoga, and wellness services (training will be provided).
- Proficient in MS Excel, call logs, or CRM software.
- Patient, polite, and empathetic in handling client queries
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
