**Responsibilities**:
1. **Teaching**: Planning and delivering lessons that cover various aspects of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking.

2. **Curriculum Development**: Designing or following a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and the needs of the students. This may involve selecting textbooks, supplementary materials, and creating lesson plans.

3. **Assessment**: Evaluating students' progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and other forms of assessment. Providing constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.

4. **Classroom Management**: Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and participating actively in lessons.

5. **Individualized Instruction**: Tailoring teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students, including those with special educational needs or language proficiency levels.

6. **Communication with Parents and Colleagues**: Keeping parents informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns they may have. Collaborating with other teachers and staff members to coordinate lessons and support students' overall development.

7. **Professional Development**: Continuously updating knowledge and skills through workshops, courses, and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in teaching methodologies and educational technologies.

8. **Cultural Sensitivity**: Sensitivity to cultural differences and using culturally relevant content and examples in teaching to promote understanding and appreciation of diverse perspectives.

9. **Extra-curricular Activities**: Organizing or participating in extracurricular activities such as language clubs, drama productions, or literary events to enhance students' language learning experience.

10. **Student Support**: Providing guidance and support to students who may be struggling academically or facing personal challenges that impact their learning.

11. **Professionalism**: Adhering to professional standards of conduct and ethics, including maintaining confidentiality, respecting students' rights, and fostering a safe and respectful learning environment.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Empathy**: Ability to understand and empathize with the challenges students face.
- **Organizational Skills**: Effective organization and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. **Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field**

4. **Experience**: Atleast 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching profession.
