**English and Soft Skills Faculty**

**Location**: Kochi, Kerala

**Gender Preference**:Female**only

**Salary**: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

**Experience**: Minimum **3+** years in teaching

**Qualifications**: Master's or Bachelor's in English Literature or related field

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching English & Soft Skills**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging English language and soft skills classes.
- Teach key areas such as grammar, communication skills, presentation skills, business communication, and soft skills (such as time management, teamwork, etc.).
- Develop and deliver lesson plans, ensuring they align with the curriculum.
- **Student Development**:

- Evaluate students’ language proficiency and soft skills regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize workshops, discussions, and activities to enhance students' speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Provide individual attention to students who need extra help or guidance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Encourage active participation and engagement in class activities.
- Prepare and grade assignments, tests, and other assessments.
- **Curriculum & Content Development**:

- Assist in developing course materials and content that are relevant and up to date with current trends.
- Update teaching resources as required to keep the content fresh and engaging for students.
- **Reporting & Communication**:

- Track and report student progress to management regularly.
- Maintain regular communication with students and their parents (if necessary) regarding performance and progress.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Attend faculty meetings and participate in institutional events.
- Contribute ideas for departmental improvement and student engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- **Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in English Literature** or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **3+ years** of teaching experience in English and/or Soft Skills.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach and engage students effectively.
- Knowledge of current trends in education and teaching methodologies.
- Passion for student development and learning.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Strong command over English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle diverse students and cater to varying skill levels.
- Experience in organizing or conducting extra-curricular activities like workshops or seminars related to soft skills.
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to teaching.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
