- 6 days (9 am
- 5:30pm)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Purchase Executive with 5 to 7 years of experience in electrical procurement, specifically within the electrical control panel manufacturing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure electrical components, materials, and equipment for control panel manufacturing.
- Identify and establish relationships with multiple suppliers to ensure a diversified supply base.
- Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and delivery timelines, and take corrective actions.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
- Implement and maintain inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, supplier contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Key Competencies**:

- High negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure the best deals.
- Ability to find and evaluate multiple suppliers to ensure a competitive supply base.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in procurement processes.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage procurement for multiple locations.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
