**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and identity.
- Manage daily content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging visuals and captions in collaboration with the graphic design and content team.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with the community in a timely and genuine manner.
- Analyze insights, generate reports, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams for campaigns and product launches.
- Stay updated with trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to keep the brand ahead.
- Work with influencers and partners for collaboration opportunities and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Excellent written communication, storytelling, and creative ideation skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
- Analytical mindset with experience using platform insights and Google Analytics.
- A deep appreciation for branding, design, and modern lifestyle content.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, or design-centric brands.
- Video editing or reel creation skills are a big plus.
- Knowledge of paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms is advantageous.
