URGENT HIRING: TELECALLERS (Telesales Executives)

Location: Uttam Nagar, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Industry: Retail / Consumer Services

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote company products and services to generate interest.
- Convert leads into sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
