**Job Description: Relationship Manager (Motor)**

**Role Purpose**:
Drive sales growth by managing and expanding the POSP (Point of Sales Person) agent network within assigned regions. Build strong relationships, onboard new agents, and coordinate with HO for smooth sales execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Onboard and support POSP agents to boost sales.
- Address customer inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate with HO for seamless processes.
- Design POSP training and support systems.
- Leverage local agent networks for growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Motivate and manage sales channels.
- Frequent travel as needed.
- Insurance industry experience preferred, especially in agency verticals.
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and deliver solutions.
- Marketing strategy development experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Motor & General Insurance.
- Self-motivated with growth-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages preferred.
