Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited (AMPL) was established in 1948 and is a leading automotive dealer in India. AMPL has been a main dealer of Leyland Motors, UK and has also been engaged in CKD assembly of Leyland vehicles till 1955, when Leyland Motors, U.K. entered into financial and technical collaboration with Ashok Leyland. The company thereafter took up marketing of products manufactured by Ashok Leyland in the states of Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat, Mahindra in Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat. Kobelco and Audi has since been added to their list of dealerships.
**Role Description**
Are you passionate about cars and driven by the excitement of helping customers find their perfect vehicle? We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team at Automotive Manufactures Pvt. Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our vehicles in the market.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to delivery.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards to uphold our reputation for integrity and professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales or a related field, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications, as well as financing options and sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
