Job Description:
Hiring For Payroll cum HR executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Qualification: Master degree in Human Resources

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

**Responsibilities**:
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify timekeeping information

Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking employee attendance

Requirement:
Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software

Familiarity with labour laws and regulations

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹17,383.16 - ₹33,333.00 per month
