We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive who is eager to gain experience in digital marketing while earning through a commission-based pay structure. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, creative, and enjoys working independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate on content creation for digital channels, helping to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and track key metrics.
- Support in optimizing digital content to increase organic reach and enhance user engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and implement new strategies to enhance effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, SEO, content marketing, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- Previous experience in digital marketing (internships or volunteer work) is a plus but not required.
