**Qualification**:LLB

**Experience**:

- Minimum **3 to 6 years** of relevant experience in a legal corporate environment
- Knowledge about Government department related work/Banking related work

**Soft Skills**:

- Ability to work in team in time bound manner
- Good command over written, spoken language (English, Marathi & Hindi)
- Good working knowledge of MS WORD, Excel & PPT
- Excellent communication & written skills
- Knowledge of using MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint tools
- Flexible & able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Proactive and self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail
- To assist and fully support Legal Head in achieving the overall objective of the legal department within the Organization
- To work in close proximity with all department heads and provide legal support as requested
- To prepare, negotiate & close following types of agreement but not limited to, the outsourcing agreement, Contract agreement, rental lease agreement for commercial / residential premises with the Clients / Partners & other stakeholders.
- To do all legal documentation for preserving the Company's IP assets such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand name (registration & renewal) etc.
- To prepare & send legal notice to defaulters and filing civil or criminal cases against debtors as per the Senior Managements directive
- To provide legal assistance to HR team for employee / consultant matters and draft appropriate legal notice to defaulter
- To co-ordinate with Head - Legal and all stakeholders for ensuring compliances of various business process with the applicable laws & regulations

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
