**Job Summary**

We are a leading branded restaurant in Ashok Vihar Delhi for multiple positions in our team. We are looking to add Restaurant Steward across the chain. We are in significant growth mode and are hiring talent to our management team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The responsibilities of a restaurant waiter typically include:

- **Greeting Customers**: Welcoming diners in a friendly and polite manner upon arrival.
- **Taking Orders**: Listening to customers' food and drink orders carefully and entering them into the system.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Familiarizing themselves with the menu, including special dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer customer questions.
- **Serving Food and Beverages**: Bringing food and drinks to the table in a timely and courteous manner.
- **Checking Satisfaction**: Ensuring customers are satisfied with their meals and addressing any issues or complaints.
- **Refilling Drinks**: Refilling water, beverages, and checking if customers need anything else throughout their dining experience.
- **Preparing Bills**: Presenting the bill at the end of the meal and processing payment transactions.
- **Cleaning Tables**: Clearing plates, glasses, and silverware after customers leave and setting up for the next guests.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth service.
- **Maintaining Hygiene Standards**: Keeping the dining area clean, following food safety and hygiene standards.
- **Upselling**: Suggesting additional items such as desserts, sides, or beverages to enhance the dining experience.
- **Handling Complaints**: Addressing customer concerns or complaints with tact and escalating serious issues to the manager when necessary.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

6 months - 2 years in the restaurant industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
