A bachelor’s degree or higher is required - Should have experience in Ad campaign setup from start to finish in multiple Ad platforms? - Should be aware of basic excel formulas like: Pivot, Vlookup, Concatenate, "IF" etc Outstanding Amazon Advertising is growing its online advertising program and is seeking an Ad Operations Associates in BLR to support our Internal advertising business. The Ad Ops Services Associate will provide world-class customer service and support for the Amazon global advertising business. Responsibilities include the daily operations of advertising campaigns across Amazon and its subsidiaries owned and operated sites. This role will be responsible to perform certain accurate media plan creation/reviews and to handle reporting process within the tool. Key job responsibilities - Gain a thorough understanding of the business and operational areas. - Configure and launch digital advertising campaigns on the Amazon platform, ensuring accuracy and adherence to advertiser specifications. - Manage ad inventory and trafficking processes, ensuring the timely and accurate placement of ads across web, mobile, and video platforms. - Coordinate with advertisers, marketing managers, and product teams to ensure seamless ad delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to diagnose and resolve any issues affecting ad performance. - Ensure all campaigns adhere to Amazon standards, legal requirements, and company policies. - Identify opportunities to streamline ad operations processes and implement best practices. - Contribute to the development and refinement of internal tools, processes, and workflows. - Process allocated work to meet and exceed daily productivity targets. - Maintain the highest standards in campaign QA and media plan creation/trafficking. - Stay updated on the latest ad technologies, platforms, and industry trends. - Provide support and coverage to global advertisers. - Provide advertisers with confirmation of media plan setup and guidance on best practices. - Complete ad server and campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaigns, including go-live workflows. - Verify that creatives meet ad policy standards. - Uphold user experience by confirming ad units function correctly when they go live. - Demonstrate strong knowledge, skills, and business acumen in the ad operations field. - Exhibit outstanding organizational, prioritization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities. - Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. - Display excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally and maturely with both external and internal customers. - Manage internal weekly and monthly calls with partners. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience (CX). - Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills - Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting - Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels - Global perspective and understanding of business objectives - Attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy - Willing to work in a diverse atmosphere and contribute to an inclusive culture
