**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide product information and guide customers to make purchasing decisions.
- Handle cash register operations, billing, and payment processing.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management and replenishment.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and arranging stock in the storage area.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
- Follow store policies and safety procedures.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle stock items.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

**Work Conditions**:

- Full-time / Part-time position.
- Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
