**Position: Real Estate Executive**

**Skillset**:

- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of AUCTION (Online & Offline)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand needs and respond accordingly.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends or irregular hours during peak real estate seasons or events.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Property Information and Presentation:

- Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, amenities, and pricing.
- Conduct property tours for potential buyers and address their questions and concerns.
- Ensure that all marketing collaterals and materials are up-to-date and readily available.

2. Sales & Purchase Support:

- Collaborate with the sales & purchase team to schedule property visits, follow-up with clients, and facilitate the sales process.
- Coordinate with the sales & purchase team to keep track of property availability, status, and inventory.

3 Auction (Online & Offline)
- To search properties of auctions.

4. Events and Customer Engagement:

- Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, property launches, and promotional activities.
- Represent the real estate firm in exhibitions, property expos, and other public events.

5. Database Management:

- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client databases efficiently.

6. Administrative Tasks:

- Support the administrative team with various tasks related to client management.

- Job Location: Jasola, New Delhi
- Six Days Working
- Salary: Rs 17000 - Rs 20,000 per month
