So-Hum Smiles is a learning and therapy center educating children with special needs. These students may have learning, emotional and/or behavioral challenges and struggle to succeed in a traditional classroom setting. **Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Clinical Psychology/Applied Behavior Therapy
- Experience working with children with multiple disabilities, including autism spectrum, ADD and ADHD, Asperges, learning disabilities, developmental delays and abuse/neglect issues
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, multi taskers preferred
- We are looking for someone who shares our warm, authentic and child-centred approach to therapy
- Hands on managing behavioral related issues in children

**Job responsibilities**:

- Observing patient behaviors and offering behavior modifications to them based on ABA and other principles
- Provided ongoing training to families on the implementation of behaviour strategies and principles of ABA and other various modalities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- To work as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team comprising of OT’s, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Speech therapist and special educators
- To be part of case discussions, workshops, seminars, camps etc as per the center requirements
- Develop goals in communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help skills, caregiver training, and play and recreational skills

**Experience**:2-5 years of experience in ABA therapy

**Salary**:Commission/Per case basis

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
