- Provide training sessions on database use, literature searching, and referencing tools.
- Perform literature searches for patient care, continuing medical education, and clinical audits.
- Support Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and accreditation processes.
- Collaborate with other hospitals and academic libraries for inter-library loans and information exchange.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws and licensing agreements.
- Maintain statistical reports on library usage and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in Library Science (MLS/MLIS) or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in health sciences or medical librarianship.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a medical, academic, or research library setting preferred
- **Skills**:

- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical research databases.
- Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in library management software and digital tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and administrative staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
