**About the Role**
- **Problem Solving**: Tackle challenging computational problems in Operations Research and Data Science with innovative solutions.
- **Performance Optimization**: Analyze and improve the efficiency of algorithms to meet performance requirements.
- **Code Quality**: Ensure the development of clean, well-documented, and maintainable code in Java and Python.
- **Client and team collaboration**: Work closely with clients/cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into broader systems and solutions.

**Job Requirement**

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- 3-8 years of total IT experience with 5+ years in Data Science
- A strong Computer Science/Operations Research background from premier institutes like NIT/IIT.
- Have a passion for writing high-quality code (Python and Java) and the code should be modular, scalable, and free of bugs.
- Experience working on solvers such as CPLEX, GUROBI, PULP
- Implementation optimization models such as Linear Programs (LP), Mixed Integer Linear Programs (MILP), and Quadratic Programs (QP) Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and excellent working experience with Excel
- Translates quantitative strategies into simple business advice for those without tech backgrounds
- Ability to deal with large volumes of parameters, metrics & numbers in general.
