**Role Description**:
The Asset Services team is responsible for front to back processing of corporate actions right from Entitlement reconciliation, Payments Processing, and Voluntary Instructions processing, Proxy meetings, Market Claims and Reconciliation for Custody business

The team’s workflow is driven by CA events announced in local Singapore market as well as other global markets and payments received.

The role involves an understanding of the entire lifecycle of CA events and the impact of various tax rules on payments to clients.

One key element of the role is the building of relationships with key stake holders viz. agents in various markets & client services team for Custody business

**Your key responsibilities**

Processing of Income & Corporate Actions for Custody business

Processing of Voluntary Corporate Action Events & Proxy meeting instructions

Resolution of cash & Stock breaks

Handling counterparty claims

Acting as a first point of contact for service group to provide resolution of queries for CA events.

Attending internal meetings with stakeholders to resolve any issues related to CA processing

**Your skills and experience**

Experience in a financial services organisation or relevant qualifications/degree.

Understanding of Dividend & Corporate Action events preferable.

Written & Verbal communication Skills

Basic analytical skills

Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation

Good Microsoft Office skills
