Job Description for Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
- We are looking for Functional consultant (80% Functional + 20% Tech) in Fusion HCM Area
- Application: Worked in the following Fusion HCM modules:

- Fusion Functional Consultant - HCM
- 1) Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- 2) Knowledge on Person Security, Area of Responsibility, Reference Data Set- Scenario-based Setup Configuration and Scenario-based Setup Modifications on Modules mentioned

3) Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.
- 4) Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- 5) Identify client business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality
- 6) Should have hands exp. in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, and Personalization.
- 7) Experience with Implementation and Support
