Role : Fusion HCM ORC Consultant Exp : 5 to 12Yrs Location: Pan India (LTIMindtree Offices) Fusion HCM Techno Functional with ORC (Recruit Cloud) 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ORC and Talent application Good techno functional knowledge of recruiting process in OLC Expert in Oracle Fusion technology stack including Oracle Cloud HCM Approval workflows Oracle HCM BI Publisher OTBI reports HCM Data loader HCM security framework Fast Formula HCM Extracts Develop and modify reports interfaces extensions and workflows to enhance functionality Ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems Provide ongoing technical support to clients Troubleshoot and resolve issues Perform regular maintenance and updates Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM applications Prepare technical documentation user manuals and system guides Collaborate with team lead functional consultants and other team members Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to best practices and standards Conduct testing to ensure that configurations and customizations meet business needs In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM applications and modules Familiarity with Oracle Fusions architecture standards and best practices Strong analytical and problem solving skills Previous experience in Oracle Fusion implementation and customization is highly desirable
