Job Description for Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

We are looking for Functional consultant (80% Functional + 20% Tech) in Fusion HCM Area

Application: Worked in the following Fusion HCM modules:
Fusion Functional Consultant - HCM

1) Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules

2) Knowledge on Person Security, Area of Responsibility, Reference Data Set
- Scenario-based Setup Configuration and Scenario-based Setup Modifications on Modules

3) Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.

4) Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects

5) Identify client business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality

6) Should have hands exp. in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, and Personalization.

7) Experience with Implementation and Support

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
