One of our leading client for working with a hospitality business is urgently looking for a Executive chef for their **Kumili-Thekkdi-Munn**ar located **4 **star and **5 ** star hotels.

Education: Any Graduate/Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field

Gender: Male

Experience: 6 plus years experience as a Chef. in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Desired Skill:
Must be well versed in South Indian, Indo-Chinese and Continental cuisines
- Hands on experience in food costing and cost control
- Hands on experience in recipe management.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for day-to-day operations of kitchen

Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced

Provide food cost on daily basis to management

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Idukki, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
