We are looking for **Telecaller cum Admission Counselor**. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the customer enhancement and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a tele-sales role is an advantage.

**Work From Office** **only**

Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply)

**Role and Responsibility**
- To identify the prospects by probing the customer from the given database
- Calls and followup to be done without any lapse and following the turn around time
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details
- Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers
- Maximizing the number of calls made in a day with effective time management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects
- Assisting end to end from registration to admission of the student
- Keep record of every customer interaction and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Any degree or diploma
- Prior experience working as a tele caller or in a similar role
- Good marketing skills and potential to learn quickly
- Having done a sales-related training program
- Knowledgeable with computers
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills

**Salary**: ₹145,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Domestic voice process: 1 year (preferred)
- Telecalling: 1 year (preferred)
- Tele-sales process: 1 year (preferred)
