**Job Description: Social Worker (BSW/MSW) - Bangalore**

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals with a **Bachelor's (BSW) or Master's (MSW) in Social Work** for social work positions based in **Bangalore**. The role involves working with diverse communities, providing support, advocacy, and intervention to improve social outcomes for individuals and groups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess the needs of clients and provide guidance, counseling, and support.
- Develop and implement social work programs aimed at improving the welfare of individuals, families, and communities.
- Work with government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations to coordinate services.
- Advocate for vulnerable populations and provide referrals to relevant resources.
- Conduct case management, maintain records, and prepare reports.

**Qualifications**:

- BSW or MSW from a recognized institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in community outreach, case management, or counseling (preferred for MSW).
