**Roles and Responsibilities**
- We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Distribution Associate to join our team at a fast- moving consumer goods (FMCG) brand. As a Distribution Associate, you will play a critical role in- ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products to various retail outlets and- customers. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining- strong relationships with our distribution partners.- Responsibilities:
- 1. Coordinate distribution activities: Oversee the distribution process from start to finish,- ensuring timely delivery of products to retail outlets, wholesalers, and other customers.- 2. Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock is available to- meet customer demands. Coordinate with the production team to plan and schedule- product availability.- 3. Order processing: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and- completeness. Prepare invoices and necessary documentation for shipment.- 4. Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution- partners, including wholesalers, retailers, and logistics providers. Address any issues or- concerns promptly to ensure smooth operations.- 5. Data analysis: Analyse distribution data, including sales figures, inventory levels, and- customer feedback. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the- distribution process.- 6. Quality control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards before being shipped.- Conduct regular inspections of goods and resolve any quality-related issues.- 7. Process improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to- enhance distribution efficiency and reduce costs.- 8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company- policies related to distribution and logistics.- 9. Documentation and reporting Maintain accurate records of distribution activities, including- inventory reports, shipment records, and customer orders. Generate regular reports on- distribution performance and key metricsRole:
