We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Desktop Publishing (DTP) Operator to join our creative team. The DTP Operator will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating layouts and designs for various print and digital materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Word to create and edit designs for print and digital media.
- Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Design layouts for a range of materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, and digital presentations.
- Incorporate typography, images, and color schemes to enhance visual appeal and message communication.
- Ensure designs adhere to branding guidelines and maintain consistency with the organization's visual identity.
- Edit and retouch images to meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements to enhance design capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design accuracy and alignment.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
