**Experience : 2-5 Years**

**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, staff, and customer service. This role involves maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, supervising store staff, and ensuring the store meets sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Monitor stock levels and order new items as needed.
- Manage returns and damaged goods.
- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise and train store staff.
- Schedule shifts and manage employee attendance.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Implement customer service policies and procedures.
- **Store Operations**:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Maintain security protocols to prevent theft and losses.
- Oversee cash handling and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Supplier Coordination**:

- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices and terms.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate records for audit purposes.

Qualifications and Skills.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
