We are looking for an experienced child and mentor lady admin executive to be responsible for engaging with key children and mentor by building and preserving trusting relationships.

She will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.

Should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum child and mentor satisfaction.

To be successful as a client relationship executive you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.

You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint.

Ultimately, an outstanding customer relationship executive will work closely with sales and accounts managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients.

Customer Relationship Executive Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with parents.
- Overseeing the relationship with parents handled by the team.
- Resolving parent and mentors complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping parents updated on the latest services in order to increase admissions.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
- She will be responsible for driving the revenue growth as well as bringing in operational efficiencies in the Centres.
- Converting Inquiry into admissions.
- Outdoor Marketing Campaign in their territory
- Should participate in Lead Generation activities by way of creating Events, Workshops and In-Centers Activity.
- Staff Retention
- Parent Engagement
- Academic Implementation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
