**Job Title**: EHS Executive/Officer

**Location**: Dahej

**Department**: Environmental, Health, and Safety

**Reports To**: EHS Manager/Director

**Job Summary**:
The EHS Executive will oversee the development, implementation, and management of environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role involves conducting audits, training employees, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and maintain EHS documentation, including reports, training materials, and incident investigations.
- Provide training and support to employees on EHS practices and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Stay updated on EHS regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Respond to EHS incidents and emergencies, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.
- years of experience in EHS management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in EHS /PDIS (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment with occasional fieldwork.
- May require travel to various sites.
