**Job Summary**:
The Recovery Executive is responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments from patients, insurance companies, and corporate clients. The role involves follow-up on pending dues, resolving billing disputes, coordinating with departments for documentation, and supporting overall revenue cycle management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with patients (in-person or telephonically) for outstanding hospital bills or payments.
- Coordinate with third-party administrators (TPAs), insurance companies, and corporate clients for claim settlement and dues recovery.
- Track daily receivables and prepare aging reports for outstanding accounts.
- Send reminders and notices for overdue payments as per hospital policy.
- Address patient or client queries regarding billing and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the billing department.
- Maintain accurate records of payments received and pending dues.
- Escalate long-pending or disputed cases to the billing manager or finance team.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and regulatory norms in recovery processes.
- Support the audit process by providing required data and documentation.
- Visit patients’ relatives or client offices for payment discussions when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, recovery, or accounts - in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills may be considered for junior roles.

**Skills Required**:

- Good knowledge of hospital billing and insurance processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g., HIS, Tally).
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple accounts.
- Attention to detail and integrity in financial dealings.
