We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager in Field Operations to join our team. As an Assistant Manager in Field Operations, you will be responsible for managing and executing cases and activities in a designated territory. Your primary goal will be to execute cases assigned to you under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

Reports to: Regional Manager/Team Lead

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow & Ludhiana

Key Responsibilities:
1).Visiting Different Secured Assets Mortgaged To Bank For Verification, Inspection, Or Notice Affixation In The Field

2). Handover And Collect Documents Between Banks And Office

3). Regular visits to the borrowers / Properties in all allocated accounts.

4). Coordinate with Back Office Controller for necessary requirements.

5). Arrange everything for Symbolic Possession and Physical Possession liaison with the Police and Duty Magistrate/Court Commissioner.

6). Assess the market value/status of the property mortgaged.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of work experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel (if required)

Nice to have:

- Experience in the finance and legal sectors
- DRA certificate
