**Lawyer / Legal Associate**(Freshers, Interns, Practicing, and Experienced)

**About the Role**

We are seeking **Lawyers and Legal Associates** (Freshers, Interns, Practicing, and Experienced) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across **corporate law, startup advisory, compliance, IPR, and litigation**—making it the perfect role for those who want to build a well-rounded legal career.

**Responsibilities**
- Draft and review **contracts, agreements, notices, petitions, and affidavits**.
- Assist with **company registration, ROC filings, corporate structuring, and compliance**.
- Provide **startup legal support** including funding documentation, shareholder agreements, and due diligence.
- Handle **IPR-related matters**: trademark, copyright, and patent filings, oppositions, and renewals.
- Support in **court hearings, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings**.
- Conduct legal research and provide advisory notes on **corporate, taxation, labor, and IPR matters**.

**Qualifications**
- **LLB/LLM graduates** (Freshers, Trainees, or Experienced).
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Interest in **corporate law, startup ecosystem, IPR, and litigation**.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
