As a Fashion Design Faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in key areas of fashion design, fostering creativity, and providing hands-on learning experiences. The role includes delivering lectures, practical demonstrations, and mentoring students on their projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fashion Illustration**: Guide students in sketching and developing creative designs.
- **Fashion Pattern Making and Draping**: Instruct on pattern-making techniques, draping methods, and garment construction.
- **Textile Design**: Provide in-depth knowledge of fabric selection, têxtile patterns, and surface embellishments.
- Create and deliver engaging course materials.
- Evaluate and grade student work, providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in student mentorship programs, workshops, and events.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members on curriculum development and design trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Expertise in Fashion Illustration, Pattern Making & Draping, and Textile Design.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching or industry experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and mentor students in a creative and dynamic environment.
