**Position**:R&D Supervisor

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Salary**:Negotiable

**Experience**: Minimum 3 -4 years required

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of R&D engineers, technicians, and researchers. Ensure the team is working efficiently and meeting project deadlines.
- **Project Planning & Coordination**: Develop R&D project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources for new product development or improvements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- **Product Development**: Oversee the development of new products and technologies, ensuring that all designs, tests, and prototypes align with customer needs and company goals.
- **Research & Innovation**: Drive innovation by researching industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into product development. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
- **Design & Testing**: Ensure that products are tested and validated according to the company's standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee prototype testing, performance evaluations, and quality assessments.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, production, and quality control, to align product development with market needs, feasibility, and manufacturing capabilities.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze research data, generate technical reports, and provide detailed progress reports to senior management. Present findings and updates in meetings.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all R&D processes, testing, and documentation comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and intellectual property laws.
- **Budgeting & Resource Allocation**: Assist in budgeting for R&D activities and ensure the efficient allocation of resources, managing both personnel and materials to optimize project outcomes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (PhD preferred for some industries).
- Proven experience in leading and managing an R&D team, including project management skills.
- Strong background in product development, from conceptualization to production.
- Expertise in relevant software tools (CAD, simulation software, project management tools).

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.27 per month
