By joining the Marketing team of our subsidiary, you actively participate in proactive projects and customer briefs. Your tutor, Marketing Director, will be in charge of supporting you and developing your skills throughout the program.

**Your key Responsibilities**:

- Trends spotting to identify new consumer needs = be sensitive to beauty products.
- Build the category fundamentals (brand analysis, market review).
- Analyses the market data = be data driven.
- Development of presentations alongside fragrance development team, consumer insight managers and sales.
- Partner with the creation & development team to build insightful olfactory review.
- Supporting the marketing director on varied topics and themes, leading to proactive projects (including consumer insights & innovation new launches)
- Build the online platform internally (dedicated to the category) by selecting & publishing the most relevant content for the Beauty category = be digitally savy / communication skills.
- Create compelling visuals and mood boards to support fragrance submissions.

**You bring**:

- University degree in related area; Background in Cosmetics & Fragrances
- Marketing acumen and data-driven Creative & strategic thinker, with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn & adapt to change.
- Digital savviness, great communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Good Communication
- Ability to work well independently and in a group.
