**Responsibilities**
- Identify training needs for existing employees by talking to supervisors, attending team meetings or client calls, reviewing written communications, and talking to an individual employee
- Conduct training programs for new joiners to communicate guidelines and hold follow-up sessions to ensure new joiners are aware of and are following the company's communication guidelines
- Schedule and coordinate training programs and ensure trainees attend the training programs regularly
- Manage and prioritize the list of employees to be trained based on supervisors’ recommendations, roles of employees, and new joiners
- Select and create appropriate training materials per the company's values and guidelines
- Develop training programs tailored for every individual based on their areas of focus
- Track and record the progress of each trainee and provide regular feedback to them and their supervisors
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of individuals during training to adjust training as needed
- Evaluate progress of trainees through mock sessions, written assignments, supervisor feedback, listening to client calls, and attending team meetings randomly
- Utilize different training methodologies, including audio and visual practices, to facilitate learning
- Stay up to date with new training methodologies and incorporate into programs
- Edit and revise training content and communications guidelines as necessary
- Assist in editing technical and various documents for the operations teams

**Qualifications, Knowledge, and Abilities**
- Preferred to be located in Europe or India
- Experience as a communications trainer with an emphasis on US English
- Knowledge of best practices and etiquette for training programs
- Proficient in creating training materials and exercises based on knowledge of how people learn and various learning techniques
- Proficient in writing, proofreading, and editing written materials with an emphasis on US English
- Adopt and understand the company’s values and guidelines
